Thanks, ham op, for the info. However, 'Agent' has no 'edit' key, and no 'paste'
option, hence the reason for my question.

Hi Walt,

In fact Agent does have these buttons, you simply haven't customized
your tool bar to display them:

Menu item: Tools, select Options Dialog, then Navigation and Menus
Panel, finally Toolbars. This presentation allows you to customize
all the buttons.

In the composition window (where you write your posts) there are three
paste buttons available.

You are running on version 1.93. According to Forte:
If you are a registered Agent 2.0 user or you bought Agent 1.93 on or
after December 9th, 2003, you don't need to purchase an upgrade. Just
download and install Agent 3.1

There are new features, but you may not appreciate them if you simply
use Agent out-of-the-box.

Can someone please tell me how to 'paste' a copy of text into the 'text'
portionof a new message?

Walt

To copy & paste text or basicly anything into a new page. With your
mouse, place the curser on the left hand side of the start of your
choosen text. Next, keep your finger on the left mouse button, dragging
the curser across your choosen text until it is all highlighted. Now
clik with your right mouse button and a drop down box will appear, clik
copy. The copied text is now on the clipboard. In your new document,
right clik again and the drop down box appears once more. Clik paste,
and the copied text will now appear in your new document page. The other
explanations in this thread are via the key board. Simple really, have
fun. Dave. The drop down box is self explanitary.
