Was just wondering if coax feed with balun at centerpoint would be better
than ladderline feed with balun at tuner output (and no, my tuner doesn't have an internal balun). Tuner-balun-ladder-antenna is better. Lower losses if the tuner is doing anything, i.e. antenna is not 50+j0 ohms. Won't ChokeBalun-BalancedTuner-ladder-antenna at least as good and maybe even better? -- --Myron A. Calhoun.
