Default Used little Steppir vertical price

My son picked up a used little Steppir vertical for $300 on ebay. The
big Steppir verticals are very popular, but the little ones are not.
From what he told me on the little verticals you have to use .25

wavelength radials and on the big verticals you only have to use .1
wavelength radials. Plus, with the big vertical you can work 40 meters
and the little one will only go up to 20 meters.
