Default I am a beginner, where find documentation to use antenna?

In the US the ARRL has a lot of good books on antennas -- look on their
web page (http://www.arrl.org) for information.

I gather from your English that you are from out of country. I don't
know what will be available for you locally. You can probably get the
ARRL books. If you cannot get them easily your country or another that
shares the language may have a strong amateur radio organization with
good books that you can get your hands on.
