" I don't see any UNLAWFUL activity here. If you want a day off you take a day off. If ten people want a day off, they take a day off. If 100 people want a day off, they take a day off. ... The opening words of the USA Constitution are extremely important. "We the PEOPLE ..." Note: it does not say Citizens. The First Amendment to the USA Constitution states: "Amendment I: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances." The protest is fully compliant with " freedom of speech", "peaceably to assemble' and to "redress of grievances" The Constitutional Rights you demand for yourself MUST be Rights for those with whom you disagree. |
