Default RF Tuning unit # Mod.10 Unit...Collins..?

Hello.............NG
I need advice on Identifying this tuning unit..?
Pix available...I was told it was Collins...? Not Sure..
Extremely well built...Very cool!..Doesn't look like it was ever used...
Several available...Very elaborate and complex
All help will be greatly appreciated..Thanks in advance..
Tons more Ham, Radio stuff available...From an estate...( Just beginning to
un-earth the contents..)
