Default Broken coil glue recommendations?

really...REALLY...don't want to replace this coil if at all possible. Does
anyone have any recommendations for something I can wrap or paint on the
whole coil to reinforce it while providing little or no detuning.

There's a glue called "Amazing Goop", also sold under the name "E6000",
that works very well. It's available at many hardware stores and craft
stores in the U.S. It requires 12~24 hours to cure, but afterward is
very strong and seems to have no detuning effects. I've used it for many
years now.
