Default Your opinion on this Heath Marauder...


I owned a Heath Marauder many years ago. They are known
for weak power transformers...

One other problem is that Heath put the SSB filter
on the input side of the IF amplifier... The transmitter
has a bit of broadband white noise either side of the
carrier. If you ever run one with a VHF transverter
the locals WILL let you know about it
