It is indeed Joe, with a little Photoshop work to make the pic look older. I
wanted to see how many people would pick him out. Plus the original; photo had his Heath gear behind him, so I had to put some black wrinkle stuff in there Same kind of playing around with July- It is Don, K!DC with his vintage station. The original was in color taken about 2 years ago.
