I have a Philco 9100 dynamic mutualconductance tube tester and would
like

to
test some 807s on it, but they are not listed in the chart. Does anyone

know
what the proper settings are?

Find 1625 and set fils to 6.3v

The pinouts are completely different. IIRC the 807 is a 5-pin and the
1625 is a 6-pin. If the tester switches are there to swizzle the
connections around, they very probably won't get swizzled right by
setting it for the 1625.

Not to mention that if it doesn't list the 807 it probably won't list the
1625.
