Default BAs in the Hite collection auction

For all you Boatanchor guys there are some really nice BAs
in the Ernie Hite collection that's going to be auctioned
at the Charlotte Antique Radio Conference coming up in March.
If you'll use this link,
http://charlottearc2010.homestead.co...os_Page_8.html
and scroll down toward to bottom of the page you find photos
of them, including an Al Parker restored SP-600. There's
a like there to Al's web page detailing the restoration of
this SP-600.

The show is just 65 days away.
Don't miss it.

Good stuff. But one photo is obviously phony! The one with the morse key
and rats nest of wires in it has a number of patch leads with aligator
clips of very modern manufacture just dumped onto it. That photo seems to
show rubbish! The rest is lovely though...

Nothing "phony" about it.
It's an early spark transmitter that Ernie was in the process of
trying to get working. The clip leads and all are just how he left
it before he died.
