Default Western Electric I-106-A 100-160 MCS tuned FS meter History?


Picked one up and got it working with some TLC and WD40.

Looks like WWII vintage. Anyone know the history??

Ok on the WD40. But what's TLC? Thin layer chromatography doesn't
seem to make a lot of sense.
