Ws told by a dealer of used ham equipment that too many of them were owned by the CB people and many had been pushed too hard, modified and golden screwdrivered. Other than that, nothing wrong with them. They were popular with the CB people as they would transmit on 11 meters with just a clip of a wire or something like that. |
