Default Where to buy (old type) phenolic wafer switches?

Be a _REAL_ Radio Ham.

Manufacture your own from a bit of paxolin, with the wipers
and contacts re-riveted from another, incompatible wafer.

Could someone plse recommend a supplier of the old fashioned multi-section
phenolic wafer switches, as have a broken wafer to replace in a
multi-section band change switch.
I need a switch having 2 pole, 5 position wafers, with wafers being 1-3/8"
(34mm) dia, with 1-1/8" (29mm) spacing between mounting holes on the

wafer.
Any suggestions appreciated.
