Default Computer Emergency Power Panel priced to move fast

This is a Emergency Power Engineering PAC20N12-30, on wheels, with 208v input
and breakers for 27 devices either 20A or 30A, all 120VAC. Heavy as hell!
24"X28"X43"height.
Looks as if it was never actually installed.
In McLean, VA. It's free to anyone who wants it. Bring a helper to load it.
It came home in a Volkswagen Scirroco but my back hurt for a week aftwerward.
