Default 2K4 Bias

I've just gone through an old Henry 2K4.
Aparently it had some mods as the multifunction meter was a bit
confused as to what it was reading.

Now that I have it back together I remembered it was running high idle
current, but the previous owner didn't find it a problem on SSB.

The tubes appear to be good, so I'm expecting something else...I'm
currently tracing wires to make sure that the rig agrees with the
print....Don't think it does.

This is turning out to be "one of those challenges".
Any thoughts on the high idle current would be appreciated.
