Help, Programming Manuals required for Shinwa SH405GII !

If anyone has a manual for Shinwa SH405GII handheld UHF CB's I am keen to
get a copy, and will of course be ready to strike a mutually acceptable
deal.

It is rumoured (on newsgroups) that these units are keypad programmable?
