FT-101e t/r frequency

FT-101e t/r frequency

Does anyone know the proper way to adjust the ft-101 so that the
transmit and receive frequencies are the same? I know how tyo do it
with the frequency counter but is there a way to do it without? I
understand this is a common thing with this radio. Thanks
