Default Lubricate my 390A/URR

In the Y2K-R2 manual I read I have to use MIL-L-7970 and MIL-G-7421 for
lubricate my 390A/URR. Were can I buy this type of oils ?

Old stuff..... better available..... use Mobile One synthetic oil if you can
get it.... 10W30.
