Hallicrafters SX28A knobs are qorth a LOT of $$$$$

Not trying to be a troll, but there is a complete set of SX28A knobs on ePay
currently at $72.50. Did I miss something here? Can't one cobble together a set
for under the price of the food budget for the week?
