Need electrolytic for HW-16

The capacitor in my HW-16 just died,
It is the large silver one, marked:
P/N 25-179
50MFD, 350VDC
40MFD, 350VDC
80MFD, 300VDC
80MFD, 200VDC
Any sources out here?
