Default Machlett ML-500B tubes

Trying to identify this tube. Is it a Machlett Labs ML-500B tube used for RF
heating or diathermy? Any specs.?

Have similar tube Siemens "GRI" almost identical construction. Large glass
bulb 20" long with two large grid connections.
Any info anyone?
Thanks
Ralph

Care to post a pointer to a picture on a website? The image was
stripped off your post at the newsserver I use.
