Default Mackay Marine 3020/3021 extender card, etc

Does anyone have a PCB extender card available for the 3020 series
ITT/Mackay Marine receivers?
Nearly all were supplied with one but few were kept with the receivers....

I'm also looking for some DZUS screws for the card rack covers.

Doug,

I can't help you with the extender, but you might find appropriate
DZUS fasteners at a local small airport. Find a mechanic at an FBO
that services light aircraft.

Thanks.
I had gone onto the DZUS website and they indicated that their
products were used in the aircraft industry and in stock car racing.
I didn't see any mention of the small fasteners that are used in
electronic applications.

However, there are a couple of small airports near me and your idea is
a good one.

I'd like an extender and some covers and screws, too, for _my_ 3020.

Anyone who has a spare VHF Reference card, _PLEASE_
consider selling or trading it to me.

That's _this_ critter:

VHF Reference Card,
Part No. 600586-536-001,
for ITT-Mackay Marine 3020A
(a.k.a. 3020B, EB-3026, EB-3028, and
DEBEG 7200).
Will trade for my extra LF Reference Card,
Part No. 600587-536-001 Issue M,
or buy if the price is right.

Hello Doug,
I worked on this receiver a couple of times and made my own
extender card. Find a piece of double sided copper clad fibre
glass board the same thickness as your boards.
Use a steel ruler and a box cutter/stanley knife and make
cut marks into the copper. Peel off the correct strips of copper.
Find a similar socket. Mine was longer than required so I
just glued in a strip of fibre glass PCB material to make
sure no mistakes were made when plugging in the card
to be serviced.
After a bit of practice you soon learn how hard to press on
the stanley knife and how deep to make the cuts.

You can also make a cruder extension card by just finding
an old printed circuit board with similar connector spacing
and cut in to fit the mother board connector.
Cut all the tracks about an inch from the bottom end
of your salvaged board and solder wires from the cut tracks
to a glued on edge connector. Because there will be two
rows of solder tags on the same side, drill a row of zig zagged
holes just under the glued on edge connector so that the wires
on the back side can come through and be soldered to the
edge connector.

Warning. ( to keep my conscience clear)
Watch how you use the knife.
Cut away from your fingers not towards them.
