BC-610

Any BC610 users out there? I've had one holding down the shack for years
but have been half afraid to put it on the air. I did power it up without
the final and mods in their sockets and found that the exciter works OK.
Any cautions I need to watch out for?

Thanks and 73,

I had one about twenty five years ago. I fixed the TVI problem by adding
a low value
capacitor from the final grid to ground and put a small value coil in
the grid lead.
That made a low pass filter in the feed to the final. It worked great.
But I didn't
keep any record of the values I used so you are on your own.

I wish I had kept that transmitter.
