If the BS dial just reads 0--100, you can string it either way.
On my SX-11 (a real antique!), the dial reads 100 at *minimum*
capacitance, the
top of the band. My Super-Pro 400 seems to be the same way.


The bandspread dial also reads "set to zero for normal tuning" twice. There
are also some arrows indicating which way zero is.
