Default Apache help needed!!

I'm rebuilding an old Heath Apache TX-1 and I'm having a problem with the
bandswitch dial cord routing. I had no problem figuring out and stringing
the main tuning dial cord, but I can't for the life of me figure out how the
bandswitch dial cord is supposed to be routed. A text description would be
fine, but a picture out of the assembly manual or a digital pix would be
fantastic! I must be missing a pulley or two, but I'd be very happy to be
proven wrong. Happy to pay for copying and postage if necessary!

Also looking for cabinet feet for the Apache.

Thanks!
