I have heard guys using soap and water to "wash" the inside of badly
gooked up radios, while Im not that daring I was wondering if there is
something I can spray on and blow off with an air hose?
I feel reluctant about having water inside my radios.

Thanks...Gil

Spray down the top of the chassis with Simple Green avoiding getting any in
the IF/RF cans. Let sit for 30 minutes and lightly rinse the top of the
chassis with water, again just alow the water to run across the chassis
avoiding the top of any cans. Lightly blow air to dry. Alow to sit in a warm
enviroment for a few days to dry properly.
