National NC-303

I recently acquired one of these old rigs. It
appears to be in very good condition but very
dirty. I anticipate I will have to take off the
front panel to get in and clean up the drive
mechanism. Are there any nasty surprises awaiting
me? Any tips greatly appreciated.
