cer73c cer70a diodes in a HX50 transmitter

I am rebuilding a Hammarlund HX-50 transmitter and need to replace some
diodes. CER73C & CER70A are the part numbers on the schematic. I can
probably pick parts that would work, but I would like to know if these
numbers are industry standard numbers and if data sheets exist.
