Default R-390A: feeding oscillator tube heaters in DC, w/o regulator tube?


Thank you guys!

Now that I think of it, many mil radios
had heaters fed directly off batteries,
while high voltage came via a dynamotor

I'll try the 12.6 Vac jumper,
and when I'll do the DC mod
I'll post it somewhere.
