Default call sign needed for AM "Cash 1700"

I'm trying to find the call letters for an AM/mediumwave station on 1700
khz that identifies itself as "Cash 1700". Their rather minimal website
is at http://cash1700.com/ . The station serves the San Diego,
California region but may be located in Tijuana. I couldn't find a
listing that seemed to match this station when I searched at
http://www.fcc.gov/mb/audio/amq.html .

For some reason I thought the station's call letters were XEPE but the
FCC shows a station operating on 1450 khz with that call. Any help
identifying Cash 1700 would be appreciated!
