to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer.

Phillips will be based in New York and be responsible for leading all
aspects of revenue generation for the company at the corporate, regional,
and local levels. Phillips has spent most of his career in Baltimore
working for United Broadcasting, Sconnix Broadcasting, and American Radio
Systems into its acquisition by CBS where he rose to GSM and then GM of

CBS RADIO has named Bob Philips Chief Revenue Officer, effective
immediately. In this newly created leadership position, Philips will be
responsible for leading all aspects of revenue generation for the company

Philips will develop fully integrated sales solutions enabling clients to
reach and engage consumers and market their brands with clear and
measurable impact. He will also develop breakthrough strategies to attract
new revenue streams by utilizing the Company’s multi-platform portfolio,
including local radio stations, digital products, and market-leading live

“Bob’s extensive radio and sales experience make him ideal to accelerate
our efforts as we enter a new phase of the business,” said Fernandez. “His
deep understanding of corporate, customer, category, and channel strategies

our ability to deliver top-tier financial results.”

“It’s an exciting time for the radio industry,” added Philips. “We’ve never

iconic brands – our radio stations, digital assets and events are only the
tip of the iceberg.”
