Did the FCC ever inadvertently assign call letters that turned out to be risque somehow? There was a KOME in California for a while. Farmville NC had WFAG on 1250 through the 60s and 70s. Havelock NC presently has a WANG on 105.1. Any others? There used to be a KCOK (K-COK) in Tulare, CA but the calls were changed years ago. IIRC it's the station that's now KJUG (K-JUG), but the logo is a moonshine jug, not a Dolly Parton jug g. Mark Howell |
