is only $100,000 and NO real estate is included. Real
estate is $800,000 extra and optional.

Joint venture. Active or inactive investors with at
least $10,000 each are welcome. No individual can hold
over 49 percent. That includes me! All investors would
be on the board with full voting rights if desired.
