Partial interest in fulltime 1 KW AM radio station in Oregon. City of about 20,000 population. Asking price is only $100,000 and NO real estate is included. Real estate is $800,000 extra and optional. Joint venture. Active or inactive investors with at least $10,000 each are welcome. No individual can hold over 49 percent. That includes me!
