"legacy" 1 KW fulltime AM station in S. Oregon.

Active or inactive investors with at least $10,000
each are welcome. No individual (including me!)can own
over 49 percent of the stock. This is to prevent
"bullies" from taking the helm!

Full asking price is only $100,000 WITHOUT real
estate. The station billed over $227,000 in 2002.

City of over 20,000. County of over 100,000. Station
is on the air for over 60 years. Country format.

An extra 25 percent (For example you buy 10 percent,
you get 12.5 percent)for the first two investors. We
want to show our gratitude to the risk-takers/founding
Fathers!

All monies would be safely held in the escrow account
of a communications attorney in the Washington DC
area. I have no ticket to Brazil in hand! HI!
