Default Wanted: Rare version of ARC-5 "command" transmitter.

Wanted:

Hey, for a change the "Radio Crazy" has a post that
has nothing to do with broadcasting! HI!

Seeking to buy a very rare version of the famous WW II
ARC-5 "command" transmitter.

I need the 1.3 to 2.1 Mhz version and will pay $200.00
plus shipping, no questions asked!

Only the following mods. are acceptable: (Any or all,
silly!)

a-Heaters rewired for 12.6 volts.
b-RF output connector changed to BNC or UHF.
c-Rear power socket changed to octal female or male.
d-Cathodes of 1625 finals brought out (To a jack or
whatever)

No dents or obvious signs of physical abuse. Normal
wear and tear of paint is okay.

Must have all tubes and the calibration crystal.

Tel: (478)741-1710 in Macon, GA.

73,

Meyer Gottesman, W6GIV
