For sale: Partial ownership of nice AM radio station
in Roseburg, Oregon. KRNR. (Do not dare contact
directly!)

1 KW, fulltime, 1490 KHz. On the air since 1935.
Oldest station in the country. Roseburg is a city of
about 20,000 population and at least 80,000 people
reside in the daytime (.5 mv/meter) coverage area.

They are asking only $100,000 for the station WITHOUT
the real estate. We'd be expected to vacate in one
year and find new studio and tower site. I already
have a new tower site approved.

The station grossed an incredible $263,000 or so in
1999 and did almost 1/4 million in 2002.

Joint ventu Active or inactive investors with at
least $10,000 each are welcome. The first investor
ONLY may invest as little as $5,000. All investors
would be on the board with full voting rights if
desired. No investor (including me!) may own over 49
percent.

Please! No "AM bashers" or other negative nabobs.
Flamers will be sprayed with a fire extinguisher to
