KEVA DX test

An update on the KEVA-1240 test...

Due to a miscommunication, the KEVA-1240 test did NOT run as planned on 3/21/04;
it will instead run on 3/28/04 - at the time it was originally scheduled for,
1-2am MST. The station regularly plays classic country music, and the DX test
will have some voice and Morse code IDs mixed in.
