Thankfully, the RTL broadcasts in DRM on 5990 and 6095 kHz (24 hours
per day) come in here to Detroit, MI USA during certain hours of the
day whenever nearby frequencies aren't occupied. In fact, I'm
listening to the French program on 5990 right now (2 AM in Detroit).
