In search of BBCWS "Bow Bells" interval signal in MP3 (44.1 khz, 16 bits,
mono or stereo) -- possibly from Carillon recordings...

I need to add the MP3 as embedded audio on one of my webpages.
MP3 file sizes under 512kb preferred, 128kbs MP3 data reduction (non-VBR
preferable).
Would consider AAC also, except for lack of browser player support.
