Do you truly believe that local or state police will act swiftly enough to
prevent such things given authorization by said law? Unless the police

well versed in what is authorized to emit and what is not, the situation

Florida has already moved against several of the more egregious pirates,
including one with an illegal tower install that was a danger of itself.
They have the advice of engineers.
