Not continuously. The wire is only big enough to deliver 6-10 amps or
so for about half a minute. Draw that much current for longer than a
few minutes and the insulation will melt, the wire will short and you
will blow the fuse. Take your power directly from an unused accessory
slot on the fuse block.
