Hi,

I'm after a couple handheld CB-radios with the longest possible
range/distance.
Any suggestions please?

Cheers

Forget CB; go FRS or GMRS. Longer range, clearer audio, less noise,
smaller antenna, cheaper, etc, etc.

Or MURS. A bit more expensive, but better range, generally.

True.

(did you change nsp's?)

Yep Steveo I did...well actually added one as RR has too many issues with
theirs. Sometimes it works, lots of times it doesn't, and I got tired of it.
I suppose you get what you pay for. :-)

Anyway, at the risk of being non-PC, Merry Christmas to you and all who read
this. For those who object to Merry Christmas, bite me! :-)
