Hi,

I'm after a couple handheld CB-radios with the longest possible
range/distance.
Any suggestions please?

Cheers

Forget CB; go FRS or GMRS. Longer range, clearer audio, less noise,
smaller antenna, cheaper, etc, etc.

Thanks everybody.
I should have mentioned I'm in Downunder and requiring the radios when
riding the dirt bikes in the bush (in the middle of nowhere with no
repeaters etc).

I just bought 2 of them:

What's the application? 11-meter CB by rule gets pretty terrible
performance on handie-talkies.

All CB handhelds suck for range, even then, if skip is in forget it. MURS
is much better.

Agreed. You only get what you pay for. Is murs popular down under?
