when you can get a Kenwood TS440 or similar and use it.

Always good to hear from James the student...
He's been attending college going on 17 years now.
Maybe some day he'll get his bachelors degree.

LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL

Mike, the previous model of the Skywave was sold sucessfully for many
years. It was only the latest 2879ABTC model with the temperature
compensated biasing that was offered in 2006... and then discontinued
in 2007. This was due to the increased cost of the new version.

I have one degree and thanks for the complement. At least I am still
learning. Learning is good. It is when you stop learning is when you
are dead.

James... your degree in basket-weaving hardly makes you a viable
critic out on this NG.
You definately need your continued learning experience.

I don't have to defend my degree or my 23 yrs experience in electronic
product development and manufacturing. At least not to you.

The fact that you have aggresisvely persue to degrade me only serves
to prove to me more that I am correct in my judgement in you success
in choice of products and ability to market them.

Me degrade you...
Now that's a switch. You can dish it out but can't take it?
As for defending your degree... don't bother. It hard to defend
something you don't have... lol

Brian there is one thing you have said that is true. It is hard to
defend what you don't have. Like Rhett Butler said to Chariolete,
Frankly I don't give a dam what you really know and what you think you
know.

Just remember that your derogatory comments started this exchange...
I assure you that if you continue in the future, I will defend myself
here on this forum. Enough said.
