Default Copper Electronics, Northpoint CBS1000, revisited

A follow-up to the earlier thread.

I won. It took five months, but I won.

Stick to your guns, do exactly what your credit card company tells
you when disputing the charges, and Copper will have to eat it if
you've done your due diligence. And don't listen to anyone here who
tells you anything different.

Right. You're the guy who "does radio for a living" but doesn't "have
time to chase down problems on a simple receiver." You also stated you
spoke to a Northpoint technician but are unable to provide contact
information for the (imaginary) tech.

I think you have your own half-business and either can't compete or are
losing customers. Happens all the time in this industry and it used to
be standard practice in this group for radio techs to come in here and
slam the dealer taking away their business. Even those moved to create
Web pages concerning their personal poor experiences with a company
usually do not do so in anonymity. Anonymous, internet complaints
against businesses carry no juice.

Gavy say's he has some juice for you!

You're wrong about all of the above, not even close.
