Still going but starting to wind down. Pretty neat, tagged 13 states
this evening. We had some thunderboomers in the afternoon that broke it
wide open. Called for you a few times.

hit Arizona so Cali should be rolling on in anytime. You can follow the
DX trail right up the state starting down south in SD and it shoots
right up the coast. Funny how sometimes it happens so fast. Haven't been
able to penetrate those mountains east of AZ for some time this year.
Weird. Oh well, Jay should hear me (on 11 meter) on one of them high
styling, fallutin' antennas-a-his before the end of the year. Bend that
spectrum.

The Delta is rolling in fairly strong now and a bit of Florida. Are you
hearing Cleveland Ohio at all?

From the description his latest antenna should get the band stirred up.

I'd like to hook my shot down station up to his aerial. I might be less of
a mud duck then!
