A proposal for a wager, anyone care to put money where their mouthis?

Fifty bucks says N8WWM has a license on March 1, 2009. The proposal is
that all wagers be put into a neutral paypal account and paid to the
winner(s) equally on that date.

Let's see if any of you trash talkers will do this. Doubtful.
