I'm thinking about buying a Yaesu FT-101E that has just been gone through,
new finals and all. (those strange tubes) NOS case on it too, beautiful. No drift after warm-up. I've heard it on the air, and it sounds -FAT- on SSB, the owner says the receive is golden too. Money back guarantee. I sold my ts-520 so I'm back in the market for a fine sounding tube transceiver. My question is re-tubing the finals someday, I understand those are very rare now. How much will that cost me in today dollars? TIA -- http://NewsReader.Com/ |
